Just because it is not expensive doesn’t mean the level of professionalism will be any less. In fact, I found Bluebell Relocation Services to be more serious, more focused and more professional than others. They kept their word in all ways. They were on time, worked very hard, did not take any breaks and completed the job in the given time. And there were no damages; nothing was missing and no extra fees. So, if I can get a great mover with a cheaper price, why will I go somewhere else.

I am running short of words after what Bluebell Relocation Services did during my most recent move. I have no doubts that they are one of the best companies in business. Timely delivery of my belongings, zero damage and a very reasonable price made my day. There was nothing I could have asked for. This is an outstanding company. It was the best decision to hire Bluebell Relocation Services for my long distance move. They are very professional and also very understanding. I changed the moving dates two times and they never said a word. The moving team did not mind the extra work I made them do and they very nicely packed my entire one bedroom apartment. All was delivered in one piece and I am happy to say that nothing went wrong. Thank you very much.

Great service and well worth the money. The sales rep did a great job giving us a quote and setting up the move. The moving team was wonderful and had all the right equipment and packing materials to handle our move. The movers had great attitudes and made the whole process very pleasurable I will call them again if I need movers in the future.

I see a lots of ☆☆☆☆☆ stars in the reviews lucky for them cause I wasn't that lucky my furniture arrived damage, missing boxes, bins ladder hand truck and now its my fault because I didn't purchase and Insurance, I packed must of my stuff but the big Items the arrived damage they did the packaging and they said for "free" nope because I paid for movingNow they are not responsible no body is but me when they are the one who did the movingTruly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE -☆

I rarely take the time to do reviews. But Bluebell Relocation Services went well above and beyond my expectations. Their rates are extremely fair. They were careful with the furniture assembly and there wasn’t a scratch on the walls or floor. Everything went as smoothly as one can ever expect from a dream move. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them around. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to my boss for his move into the area next week.

Bluebell Relocation Services gave me a personalized and professional moving service. I was comfortable with them handling my electronics and other items because they were gentle and meticulous. These movers were excellent. I phoned the office prior to the move to schedule an appointment and the movers were on time on the move day. I am truly satisfied and grateful for the services that Bluebell Relocation Services has provided for me. This moving company is very professional in the way they handled my move out. The staff members who handled my move out was exceptional, kind, well mannered, polite and caring about my storage possessions. They didn't let me do anything but relax knowing they had everything covered. I love, love, love Anthony who is one of the staff members in management his eagerness and persistence to get the job and get it done was phenomenal. I am so overwhelmed with how this move out turned out from one state to another and I'm happy to say it didn't take them long to move me out and I had two storage units. I was blown away by the speed and accuracy displayed by the movers from Bluebell Relocation Services during my last move. I hired them to pack up everything from my 2-bedroom apartment and they finished the job way too quickly. They even arrived early on the moving day. It seemed too good to be true. The way they were packing everything and putting them into boxes. Then they loaded everything and set off. The movers were not only but quick but also very efficient. I got the proof when I received all my valuables in pristine condition. I strongly recommend these guys.

I hired Bluebell Relocation Services in such a rush but they proved why they have such a good reputation. I didn’t have to move a finger, they did pretty much everything. My stuffs were all neatly packed by the men and then they loaded everything. The whole move was very efficient overall! I couldn’t be any happier when I received all my stuffs intact. I really got lucky with this company.

It was obviously a good move. The rate of Bluebell Relocation Services was cheaper than every other quote I got. They brought all tools and equipment on moving day so that there was no problem to handle my belongings. Everything was well planned. I do have a lot of belongings so it took them quite a while to finish packing and loading everything. The good thing was that I didn’t have to do anything. They disassembled my heavy furniture and again reassembled once they came at my new apartment to delivery my belongings. The movers went extra miles to make sure that everything went easily.

I really liked this moving company. They moved me very quickly and smoothly a week ago. They came on time on the day of the move and moved me out very smoothly. They moved the furniture with care and did not damage the walls or floors while they were moving it. They also took out the garbage for me. They were very kind and helpful. All arrived safe and sound on the other side. I was thrilled to see that the price did not change. I had a very good move with Bluebell Relocation Services. I highly recommend them to all.

We used this company to move out of state. Not only were they on time, but they were fast and efficient. They really took care of our belongings and offered boxes if we needed them. We had an excellent experience with the movers at Bluebell Relocation Services. It was so easy getting a quote from them. Their sales rep seemed like a friendly guy who held our hands through this move. He promptly supported us through the whole process. The movers were just fantastic- their sense of duty, timing and responsibility impressed me greatly. Everything went smoothly, our stuff arrived safely and the charges were as stated - no surprises or add-ons. I would certainly use these guys again.

This company was great with the whole moving process and trust me it wasn’t easy but these guys pulled it through. It was a great experience from being on the phone with the rep to when they came picked everything up and dropped it off at the new house. My stuff was delivered in the best condition. Even with this top quality and fast service, I was still charged a price that was well within my budget. Copied from my yelp reviewUpdate: avoid this company at all cost. They basically can steal all your valuables and say that they lost them and reimburse you 50 bucks. They lost my computer and took a week just to see if it's still at the warehouse. Then they said they can reimburse 60 cents per pound lmfao. Complete scam. Now I just feel like it's them who stole my computer. A little background first: I moved only one bedroom which ended up with about 10 big boxes and wrapped up bed, table, and stuff that don't go in boxes. It took about 8 days to arrive after a little bit of delay because of the weather. Speed wise not bad. But when my stuff arrived, my bookshelf was in pieces. The mover told me those things break normally which I don't really understand. Do they just throw things around? Also even if this is the case, they should've told me when they picked up my stuff. My large suitcase lost 2 of the 4 wheels so it's basically useless now. And there's one missing box which literally contains the most valuable thing I shipped, my desktop computer. I don't really know how can someone miss a big box like that and I didn't even have a lot of stuff. I called this morning and they said they need a full week to see if they can find it. I mean does it take that long to check the warehouse and the trucks that left that day? Now I give them a two star because I don't think they are that bad to deserve a 1 star even though I am pretty mad about what happened but let's see how they deal with my computer. If they can find it and ship it to me quickly, or reimburse me the full price of my computer (about $1500) if they cannot find it. Unlikely but consider there's a lot of important files on that computer, I don't think I'm asking too much. If they can do this, I'm willing to give them 4 stars. 1 star off for all this trouble. But if they try to get away with it, it's gonna have to be a 1 star.

It has been almost 5 months since my move. I am still realizing the amount of loss from the move. When I left my home, it was empty. When we arrived at the new address the truck was empty. What happened in between? Dinnerware missing; upright vacuum and heaters missing. Pieces of artwork - missing. Things that I boxed myself were here Things that the movers had boxed - gone. Do not ever sign that everything was delivered until you actually know for sure. Very unhappy.

Worst company ever took forever and lost sooo much of my irreplaceable stuff then offered me 21$ for losing all my stuff and was like oh wait well give you 75$ I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy do not pick them to move your stuff you will regret it

I have been involved in many moves in many states but Bluebell Relocation Services is the most professional and efficient mover I have ever used. Great rates. They patiently wrapped all my art and protected it with shrink wrap. They came in wrapped and got the loading done in 2 hours. They did not have trouble getting the couch inside at our new apartment and they found a way to get it inside. They do know how to handle a situation.

Quick, prompt, professional. Cheaper than Atlas, Ridgewood Movers, etc. These guys managed to get a 500 pound safe up a flight of stairs and into a bedroom on the other end of the apartment without so much as dinging a wall. Will hire again!

This company was great! Not only were they able to come just a few days after I called for the inquiry, but the three men that came to move my apartment were very fast and efficient. They wrapped all furniture with bubble wrap and tape for a safe and undamaged transfer. I do suggest packing all loose items in your own boxes prior to them coming. This includes all mirrors/pictures/lamps that you would like moved, as they will not move them without putting them in boxes, of which they charge for. Also, I was unaware they require a mattress bag/cover to move the mattress and charge for that as well. When I let them know I was unaware of these additional charges, they made sure to use as few boxes as possible. I paid for three hours of labor and they worked very hard to be done at the 3-hour mark so I would not have to pay for extra time. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone!

Good Service at very affordable rates. I had a hard time finding someone last minute to move because it’s a pretty far move. And also we all know that moving is a very stressful time where some moving companies will constantly take advantage of you with hidden fees. But, I am so happy to say that Bluebell Relocation Services is completely different from the rest. They are really dedicated to their job and very honest. They took care of me very well! My dad changed his job and it was two states away so we needed to move and we got the services of Bluebell Relocation Services. Their sales rep was clear what the quote was for. There were no hidden fees. It was also clear what was expected from the movers and from us to prepare for the moves. The pickup and the delivery crews were also great. They worked excellently. All moves are stressful but it worked out fine.

Recently I and my wife have used this service of Bluebell Relocation Services. Their service was full of satisfaction. The staffs were polite, reliable, capable and considerate. They completed their whole process within the quoted time. Everything was intact after we unpacked those. No damages happened in the process. They finished their job within a day. This has been my first time using Bluebell Relocation Services and I am more than satisfied with them. They came to my apartment on time and moved everything very fast. They even put together my desk and a few other things that were disassembled. I talked to their sales person, who was extremely friendly explaining everything about their service in a great detail. On the moving day, the team arrived to my apartment with two friendly workers and start moving all my stuff. As I mentioned, they even put together a few things and did not charge me extra for that. They made me so happy. They are a very professional team. Also, best price in the area. I can only compliment these people.

I used Bluebell Relocation Services two times already to move from one house to another one. I was happy enough with the service of the company. They made everything efficiently and stress free from beginning to end. Their communication was awesome and they unloaded my belongings on schedule. These movers from Bluebell Relocation Services were great. We originally had them come load a pod for us as our new house wasn't ready yet. They were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. When we got the keys to our new house three days before Christmas, we decided to give them a call again. The movers came out within a few hours of our phone call and moved us in a timely manner. They were extremely careful about our brand new house and were extremely fast and courteous. Without their help we would have never been able to spend Christmas in our new home. We've moved six times in as many years and we've never had a good experience like what we had with this amazing moving company.

I had hired them to move me from NJ to PA, it was the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever. They scratched my hardwood floor and made dents on the WALL of my NEW HOUSE. When I brought it to their notice they were very unpleasant and were arguing that it’s the furniture, all I was asking them was to be careful. Also they call themselves professionals but they don’t use any safety gears, I did not see them using gloves nor did they use anything to protect my floor. Also they left stuffs unwrapped in their dirty blanket at my basement. And thanks to them for leaving my grill on the garage instead of patio. I paid them close to $3000 just to leave my stuffs behind. I have to hire someone now to get my snowblower. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Also they arrived an hour and half late in the morning and they delivered my stuffs next day only. I would not recommend anyone to use them, it was a most unpleasant move ever. Thanks to them for leaving the hinges of my door to the basement of my NeW HOUSE unscrewed. Also I will have to hire someone to move my snowblower other stuffs they left behind. And. I will have to move the stuffs theleft in the garage by myself. Can’t believe the dollar amount I paid them to move me. Also they left behind my book case saying they can’t move, it was a simple one from IKEA. AVOID THEM LIKE I SAID EARLIER.

After hiring their service and experiencing the move with them, I have no doubts that is the Bluebell Relocation Services is best moving company around. They moved us to our new apartment without a hitch. There was no delay, no damage done to our belongings, no hidden cost, no unwanted issues, nothing which might have bothered us. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! We had so much damage....and missing many boxes and a few pieces of furniture. Broken mirrors...THAT THEY PACKED! Just went to put up Christmas stuff...All our ornaments are missing! They sent one guy out to unload a 28 foot truck. It was late and he could care less about our stuff. No accounting for numbered stickers...and he rushed and we couldn't keep up. We actually had to help him unload. All of out treasured Christmas ornaments that we've collected traveling over the last 25 years GONE! Needless to say, they have ruined my Christmas. Again DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I sincerely wish I could have known them earlier. That way, so many things could have been different. For one, I could not have held the opinion that most movers are out to make money from clients without caring what the customers got in return. The first two relocation companies that I hired out made me think so. However, the movers from Bluebell Relocation Services came and changed everything. At least now I can believe that there are still humane people in this relocation business. Best moving service to hire out.

I could not be happier with how my move went. The guys turned up on time and managed to get everything out of my house without an issue and fast too, despite the difficult stairs at my apartment. The rest of the move went without issue as well. Before the process even started, I had gotten a phone call previously from Buck, who had set everything up for me, they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Usually moves stress me out especially with packing our entire lives in boxes and ensuring that everything is labelled. I thought I was for sure going to be stressed to the max with this move across states but it was truly hassle free. The movers took care of all of our big items, the packed boxes of personal stuff and even helped us pack delicate items. All of our furniture and breakables arrived at our new house without a single scratch. Bluebell Relocation Services is the right moving company to choose if you are planning a move.

We'll even pay for a new or better one and you wont have to go through claims" Again this company has managed to make a very bad situation into a worse situation. My belongings were lost and I've been yelled at consistently and treated like this was my fault. I was called by one of the staff members named Anthony who told me this. I could not believe what they were asking (which is bribery which is illegal) holding back the resources THEY have to find MY belongings that THEY LOST unless I take my review down. One of the items lost was given to me by my deceased Father when i was a child. Money cannot replace that. Some serious customer service renovation and proper relocation service procedures need to take placeA friend recommended this company saying it was a cheapest service he found. I used it assuming what can go wrong judging by the little amount of belongs i wanted to move. The reviews of extra EXTRA fees on top of the base rate are absolutely correct so make sure you have an extra 300 to 600 dollars laying around to spare or when they arrive at your door you will not be getting your stuff. My boxes arrived crushed. Even the fragile labeled ones. My bed being from ikea i was told it "usually" doesnt last the move. But the way pieces were wrapped and handled didnt help. I have now called at 10:15 am to file a claim, I am missing a Box out of 20, an ironing board, and a 32" screen Tv. They told me they will get back to me. 1:00 pm no call. I am worried of the office closing so i call again. They told me it takes time and theyre on lunch... hopefully i get some sort of clarification before they close today.. very unprofessional. I dont know how theyre even up and running with the lack of care.

I was able to get a quote from the sales rep promptly and the entire process was quick and effortless. The movers who helped me move were punctual, professional, and very fast. It took them just an hour and half to finish packing and loading everything from my apartment. They weren’t just fast but also very thorough. Every item was packed with great care. Professionalism is something most business people lack. The moving companies are not any different. I was so glad to see that one company actually is super efficient. I hired Bluebell Relocation Services to move my belongings. They sent over 4 movers who were on time and got to work immediately. I had a lot of stuffs. But the movers didn’t complain about a thing. They put their heads down and packed for hours. It took them 3 hours to pack and load everything from a 2 bedroom house. The best thing about the movers was that they were so hard working and very skilled. I am thoroughly impressed seeing their professionalism. Highly recommended.

If I could give minus stars I would they were completely rude he sales rep said what he needed to say to get my booking and then I never received my items on the date the sales rep said that I would I was in a new state and disabled with out any of my items I had my mother and Sister flown down here to help me and they couldn’t do anything and then when I call to speak to someone the “manager” a French man was very rude dismissive and didn’t even want to try to research what Happen and what they can do to make it right he told us to come in from out to state to get my items and cancel but they would be keeping my thousand and change they were paid out what kind of an option is that are you kidding me and he terminated the call on me some professional he is.... then 2 weeks pass I finally get my things and only one man came I paid 2100 for one man to move my items in and then the glass was missing for my entertainment unit I’m missing my 60$ microwave which was brand new and I had to buy another one then finally my 250$ Cooling gel mattress cover was ripped up and I had to adjust the headboard by myself because the man installed it too low it looked like a footboard and it took him almost 5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment in this was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER USE BLUEBELL RELOCATION SERVICES THEY ARE RUDE, LIARS AND WILL HOLD YOUR ITEMS HOSTAGE UNTIL THEY CAN FILL THEIR TRUCKS AND LIE TO YOU SAYING THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A DRIVER! We just completed our move yesterday from Connecticut to Massachusetts. I was apprehensive before the move given the multiple negative experiences people tend to have with moving companies in general. Having gone through the experience with Bluebell Relocation Services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company was professional throughout our engagement from the initial phone call all the way through sending the truck off after unloading. They sent a person for an in-house appraisal of the move and there were not surprises on cost. They went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with the service leading into event day. For example, they stopped and dropped off some boxes my wife had requested in order to pack certain items in advance. On move day itself, they showed up promptly as promised. My family and I were extremely impressed with the work ethic of Felipe the foreman's crew, the care they took with all our items and their positive attitude throughout a very hard day of work. They did their utmost to make sure we were moved in our new home and had our beds to sleep on by working into the small hours of the night, even though their were not required to. Overall, we are very grateful Bluebell Relocation Services for making our move as painless as possible.

When we chose to move into our new house we were getting truly stressed on the grounds that it was exceptionally troublesome for us to move everything of our home alone. At that point my better half instructed me to hire a moving company. According to her advice I hired Bluebell Relocation. They were truly great. They moved everything into our new house securely. We didn’t need to touch anything by any means. They completed their work in time. They did every one of the things by their own. The final bill matched the initial quote and I was just so glad about that. I really couldn’t imagine these guys would turn out to be this good!

I moved in early July with the help from Bluebell Relocation Services, and the customer service level is top quality. I enjoyed working with their manager on the phone, who was very thorough, honest, and helpful, and the crew that came to pack me up and move my things into storage were hard workers who got started right away and hustled for the whole day, until every last piece was expertly stacked in my storage unit. I was very pleased, from my initial call through the end of the move. There were some additional fees from the original quote ( an extra hour due to extra long travel time, and to purchase boxes and wrap a dresser mirror and a glass china cabinet) But I found them to be justified and reasonable. I did decline to have three fairly small pieces of glass from a coffee table and two end tables similarly wrapped, as i found the cost to be too high for relatively small pieces. I was not pressured to buy anything additional or to wrap the glass. Akim and his crew were friendly, hard working and strong. I got quotes from three companies - Bluebell's was the best - less than half of the highest quote and 20% lower than the middle quote. I tipped the crew 10%, and they thanked me and put it in their pocket without even counting it. Very fine gentlemen. I dreaded moving after seeing so many companies get horrible reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. Glad I checked Angie's list.

I am truly pleasantly surprised with the services rendered by Bluebell Relocation Services. They went as far as helping us to put our home in order when we arrived. They moved the furniture until we were satisfied. This is perhaps the first move I have had without any breakage. This is a SCAM Stay away from them, Unfortunately, I will have to give Bluebell one star for the service. we received while moving from CT to AZ. I do not recommend this company. They will bring lot's of hidden fees and charges and they took your stuff as Hostage and ROB you're money. The Name of they guy "TONY" was called me over the phone and generate a quote, seems like the guy was a genuine but he is the biggest liner and Fraud, while having a casual conversation with him (they din't visit home). I told them everything I'm going to pick up and also i removed some item from the list as well.Once the movers arrive to my home and pack everything into the truck, they give me a new estimate which is a couple of thousand dollars over the initial estimate. And the Foreman is also a fraud, he was asked us to sign the document earlier to pickup but he din't fill up cost or any other field. When i said I need to read the agreement he said " for the time you read the paper we're loosing time and you may have to pay extra" Once they load everything he come up with a over Thousand Dollar difference when i asked him he was laughing and said I can only get my stuff back by pay that amount. I called the Rep who we spoke and ask him, Why the money is going up I asked him several time before that this amount will change or not (first time moving so I don't have any experience and i didn't have enough time to read the reviews, because i only had 3 days to go to the new place and start my job. So i believed them) then he was start arguing with me and transfer to his manager he was real fraud, he Told me my stuff is hostage and we won't give you until i pay the amount, or I have to pay $3000.00 for their staff cost for the day then they will give it back to you, I only asked him to remove some small furniture to lower my budget, but he din't agree and he said I'm screwed, Finally I had to pay them Total amount because no other option.In short, stay away from this company and use the warnings above to protect yourself against scammers like Bluebell. Moving is a long, stressful process, and I would recommend giving yourself about sometime to properly vet a moving company to ensure you don't scammed like we did.

Do not use. Stingy company. They drag you in and make promises they cannot keep. I requested 8 am move time and they did not arrive until 1230. Got stuck in traffic because of it and I was charged the extra hours in traffic due to their negligence. Operations team does not care about anything other than money. If you want a seamless move, this is not it. Avoid at all costs. Any task requested inside job hours they would charge you extra on. Complete joke.

This was the worst experience. Gave me a quote,ended up being almost twice When I got my furniture back. Pretty much all my furiture was destroyed. There were gauges in all the piece of my bedroom furniture. Litterly destroyed a 100 year old chair. End tables scrathed and leg loose Vacumn came in 2 pieces. Trying to get a settlement has become a nightmare. Able to set up pickup by phone but to get my money back it all has to be done email and asked us to get a PDA file. Dont have computer snd dont know what PDA is. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

i chose this company because the sales woman nice and fully noted my items.i hired them even though they had the highest estimate. thinking they were honest. when they picked up .there was a really big group of guys to pack our belongings. each item increased in price because it was oversized or heavy. my bill doubled.!!. i called to complain and they gave me 1 free month of storage. upon deli very. guy came in 1st to pick up bank check for balance. this time there was only 2 guys and I believe that's when they damaged all the edges of my furniture by rolling it off the truck. they broke my vacuum in 2 pcs. corner table lost top and sides. our bedroom furniture has deep gauges. my 100 yr old chair. bottom and legs broken. and all my dining room chairs have water damage apparently during storage. beside the price increase and damage. to my goods. the worst part was the way i was treated.. they knew i was older and not good at computers. i dont even have 1.. woman at blue bell totally NASTY!! she responded to me in caps because I could my do their on line delivery slip. now. my pics and docs are sent to an outside vendor who also uses only e mail and told me u need to send p d f file which i have no idea how to do. i told them I could respond to an e mail or send damage signature on the phone. after contacting them they sent another computer generated e mail telling me the same p d f was required. i also asked to see the settlement paper befor i signed. but that wasn't done. i warn others to beware of this company. i dont usually write bad reviews. i try to be optimistic.. but this was horrible. next time.. i would rather carry my belongings on my back!..

Unfortunately, I will have to give Bluebell one star for the distasteful and unfair service we received while moving from New Jersey to Florida. I do not recommend this company. The company will call you over the phone and generate a quote while having a casual conversation with you (they do not visit your home). This type of quote can be easily misunderstood. The customer can say what ever they want including an underestimate and the Bluebell representative will agree to it.Once the movers arrive to your home and pack everything into the truck, they give you a new estimate which is a couple of thousand dollars over your initial bogus phone estimate. There goes your budget!They also confused us with the forms of payments. There are 3 payments: deposit, first half at departure and second half at arrival. They initially accepted credit or debit for the deposit. They also accepted credit or debit for the departure payment, but the last payment (arrival) had to be either cash or money order. Not good and extremely inconvenient. Please stay away from this company. You will be fooled all the way.

This company has failed in so many ways i dont believe there's enough space to write it all. 1. Added 40 boxes to count, was charged $1100 extra. $27.50 ea box2. Accused of bringing extra stuff on day of move, look at company check off sheet, nothing added3. Told i needed extra truck which was sent & not used due to everything fitting on 1st truck4. Was told truck is over weight due to sq ft used, i was never told i was only entitled to a fixed amount of space. I also paid for the truck to only carry my stuff direct. So how can it be a partial truck? $1900 plus was added to final bill.5. Truck got to my house thursday even though i ask for a saturday delivery. Rep tried to blame me for their error.6. After truck is fully unloaded i was then told that some of my stuff was on another truck. I was told it would arrive a few days later. It came 23 days later after 3rd driver got lost 6 days after 1st delivery7. 3rd driver told me i didnt tell him we had stairs, he refused to take all upstairs.8. 4 items with minor damages but no one has contacted me9. They lost the chance to do good and make more long distant moves. We have 2 more homes moving south to Atlanta. They was waiting to see how it went for us. 10. When we started this process, i was afraid of this kind of thing happening with a moving company. You was given some good ratings but i should have listen to the negatives. The only good that came out of this was your workers. They were truly hard working professionals that happen to work a very bad company. Make space for a half star.

The delivery guy a complete a$$*** came for delivery on a rainy day. Spoiled my stuffs my apartment carpet. He was rude and mannerless like he was doing a favor by delivering my stuff. He didn’t care what to deliver , how to deliver, all he cared was his money. Ran away as soon as I gave money without even unpacking and didn’t even took my signature on delivery confirmed. Please stay away from this scammers. Never ever I recommend this company. Many people in my network moves a lot. I advise them to stay away from blue bell.

Bluebell Relocation Services helped me move a week ago and they did an amazing job. The sales rep quoted me reasonably and promised to send capable movers. The movers arrived on time and were carrying the right tools. They were very efficient. They packed all my belongings with cautiously and proficiently. There is no relocation company that I know of which can be compared to Bluebell Relocation Services. There are many relocation companies I have worked with previously but none of them displayed the high level of professionalism that this moving company did.These movers were very awesome and the work they did was so memorable. WORST COMPANY EVER!! I am going to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I am compelled to write a review for this company on here and any other site I can. I am embarrassed that I even have to give them a one star. All they have done to me is LIE and cause stress. This is by far the WORST COMPANY I have ever used in my entire life. After weeks of lying about when my shipment was actually loaded on the truck, I received my items 23 days after pick `up( from NY to FL). They had promised me they do this move every week and it is usually there between 3-5 days. Not to mention, $450 in changed flights plus baby items were spent because they kept promising me my items would be there "tomorrow". Two weeks went by, still NO items!!! Once I received my items, the majority of my things were broken or missing!!! All the boxes were coming apart, glass was falling out shattering on the floor as they were unloading the truck. After the owner PROMISED me he would make it right, his secretary told me he would not get on the phone with me and he MADE AN ACCEPTION to speak to me once before. They offered me a measly $150 for over $1500 in damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND use some reputable and professional!! These people are not that!!The owner had commented on my yelp review that most of the boxes were destroyed but not so much of the contents in the actual boxes. If you look at my pictures you can tell almost everything is broken, shattered, ripped, destroyed!! This company ruined and hurt my family immensely. There is no amount of money that could make this better. My boyfriends 28 yr old crib he had as a baby that we planned on using for ours, IS DESTROYED--THAT IS PRICELESS!!**

DON'T BOTHER- I unfortunately recently used this joke of a company. This is how this company works: they give you a lower estimate, then start charging you for a bunch of stuff. Sam (the owner or manager) is a scammer. He's unprofessional and just a bad person. I eneded up paying much more than I was supposed to. Fighting every day to get updates on delivery date. It was a nightmare. Mover broke most of my furniture. These people shouldn't do business. Do yourself a favor: Do not trust them and do not use them.

Two thumbs up to these movers for getting my move done last minute and for packing up all that stuff I had in my garage and attic. The movers from Bluebell Relocation Services were clean cut polite gentlemen and they had all the proper packing materials needed like mattress covers and boxes which they included in my white glove service. Delivery came with no damages and no headaches. I would not hesitate to use these movers again. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and efforts they put forward.

I hired Bluebell Relocation Services for a long distance move. I was moving to KS from NJ . They were supposed to deliver all my goods within 3 days from the pickup which they accomplished timely and also delivered all my belongings in perfect condition. I checked the inventory and did not find any mistakes by the movers. Being honest they have exceeded my expectation and also charged me a very moderate amount. I will definitely use them again for relocation.

But Blue Bell was fantastic..,, I first move all my furniture and boxes to a storage facility.. help me pack and everything went smooth. When I called them again to finally move to my house.. they had all the information, 123.. done.. Were there on time .. help me set all my furniture, very careful with everything. On the day of the move the movers from Bluebell Relocation Services showed up on time and were extremely helpful and friendly. We had done our part but as an inexperienced customer, I was concerned if I had done the packing wrong. As it turned out, not everything was properly packed. The men simply repacked all the dodgy boxes and left in a very short time. They delivered later that day and it turned out to be the quickest move I could have ever imagined. I will definitely hire them for my next move.

If you need quick service, Bluebell is definitely the way to go! They were able to come same day to wrap and secure all the items to be moved. However, the only person I was able to communicate with was the gentleman that handled the paperwork because the workers did not speak English and it took twice as long to have him translate throughout the packing process. It was a two bedroom house and it took two days to move. Additionally the price I was quoted for the items and move was not the price I was charged; the price I was charged was actually DOUBLED! Please keep that in mind when booking.

It usually takes time to find the perfect Moving place, because you always want the best, well, my friend had recommended Bluebell Relocation Services. I usually do not take into consideration, but when I looked at the reviews, it just caught my eye, there was so much positivity. Their service is amazing. Movers are notoriously known for their bad reputation- from charging extra to boxes going missing. Not with a company like Bluebell Relocation Services though. I hired them for my move last week. I was honestly expecting them to be just like every other moving company. I even told my wife not to put all our expensive valuables in the same box. They charged quite reasonably which made me fear for a much larger final bill. The crew arrived on time and packed everything carefully. The surprise really came when everything was delivered right on the scheduled date. All our boxes were there and nothing went missing. All our belongings traveled safely. I was even more surprised when I received the final bill. It was the exact amount quoted by the company at the start. I know which company to hire for my next move!

If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them. They quoted me one price and on the day of the move they told me it would be double the price of the quote. I hired Bluebell to move my stuff to a storage unit. I hired another company to move my stuff into my new apartment. At that point, I realized that they left two glass shelves for an end table on their truck so I had no choice but to throw the frame out. Priscilla was great! The crew that packed my belongings were great! I had sent pictures of all my totes, furniture, etc. When the foreman gave me my bill to sign, it was double. I was upset. I couldn't afford to pay but I had no choice. I told them they could unload the truck and I would pay for loading. The foreman said he couldn't do it since I already signed with the office. Then when they delivered my things in Michigan, my totes were broke, the legs on the mirrors were broke, my mattress was strapped to the back of the truck on the outside, fans were broke. The driver wasn't good about unloading my things. I was not happy. I didn't realize the people you have loading would not be unloading. I watched them load everything and made sure it was securely packed. Lesson learned on this one.

I'm giving four stars because I liked the staff they seemed very nice, however there was a lack of communication. I was only told a pick up date and not given an estimated delivery date which led me to the assumption that my mom's things would be on their way soon. When the things were picked up I wasn't made aware that the balance needed to be paid by cash or money order until I received the confirmation email that my mom's things were on their way. I specifically asked one of the movers if my mom could pay with a card, he only said that the boss prefers cash. After getting the email the staff made the arrangements so I could pay the full balance with my card prior to delivery. But once the delivery came I received a call from my mom that she had to pay $100 more, after speaking to the mover he said the delivery exceeded the 75ft that are free after that any extra feet would be charged $50 and to get to my mom's apt was about 300ft. He gave her a break he said because it was a small delivery. Overall they were accommodating with me so the mishaps along the way were tolerable.

This was the first time i was moving with my luggage . Tony and team helped me with modifications on the number of boxes and they were flexible to accomodate the changes . Packaging was done properly and quickly. I had some delay in getting the luggage as i didnt fix the delivery date beforehand. When they delivered the luggage , very little bit of mattress got scratches and TV table's leg was broken. Apart from that i didnt had any issues. I would use their service again and would recommend to my friends. Thank you Tony for the help when fixing the pick up date and number of boxes modifications.

WORST Company ever. They gave me in-house estimate of 4K for move from NJ to GA and charged me 7K. They are rippers, charged me 400$ for packaging and above all, broke my dining table and chair. And many chips and scuffs on all furniture. They even lost 2 of my valuable items. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS. And guys who came to pick furniture damaged Lawn and my hardwood floor.

I've made multiple interstate moves from NM to NY to WI, PA and NJ. There are often small issues that arise and are resolved, but my experience with Blue Bell was not like that. From the undersized truck sent to move me (which resulted in having to make decisions on the spot about what furniture to leave behind) to the head of that crew who needed an excessive amount of time to complete paperwork (while the crew could not work, but I was charged for the time), from that same man's day long rudeness to the broken glass shelf ( which can happen, but I'm still, over a year later, waiting for the check that will cover 40% of its replacement cost) it was a difficult experience. The one bright light was the crew that delivered my furniture from storage at the other end of the move. They were hardworking and helpful and their leader was entirely professional.

so after me paying this company 5 months of storage plus moving cost , finally the time came where I am ready to move and things have change , I was told originally that I will have at least a week in advance notice from my first available moving date letting me know when my stuff will arrived from new jersey to Michigan, so I request it a week off from work , on September 13th I received a call from some other moving company name ” best price moving” WHO I NEVER HEARD ABOUT !!! telling me that my stuff was ready to be deliver, really ?? I specify on the form that my first available moving day was September 30th, and most important , WHO ARE THIS PEOPLE ?? ? why my stuff is been handle my some other company other than blue bell relocations WHO I ORIGINALLY SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH !!! when I contacted this company asking them why my stuff are on their possession the ladies answer was ‘I DON’T KNOW “ this new company who have possession of all my belongings have a 24 hour delivery day policy!! !! So at this point I won't know when my stuff will arrived until Friday!! the day before my moving day !!! received a call from someone from blue bell after me leaving multiple messages with different people and the guy just told me that I should be getting my stuff between the 2nd to the 5th , so worse scenario if my stuff arrived on 5th I will be home on vacation for 4 days !! on an empty home!! Since I am unable to cancel my vacation at this point , everything at the beginning was nice and smooth until the last few weeks , my rep Tony Ramadan who was amazing throughout the process is now MIA does not answer my calls or messages, neither another lady name Fernanda Santos. I have many questions that have not been answer such as , why is my stuff with another company ?? why I was not aware that my stuff will me send to third party company without knowledge?? Who is this company that is holding my belongings ?? was that part of the contract I signed?? And if it is, where I don’t see it , but will have my attorney review the contract , what is this company policy ?? are they going to provide the same service I am paying for ?? such as uploading ANS putting all my stuff back together please!! This moving company is the worst. They damaged my furniture and all they done so far is to apologized.The move was a week ago on 07/27/17. I called Priscilla numerous times and she's always busy and never comes to the phone. I also spoke with Sandra who said is working on my issue on Monday after I called them and promised to call my back by Wednesday 08/02 with a decision of my damages, it's already Friday midday and nobody from Blue Bell calls me back. I have issued a claim for my damaged property and I haven't heard from anyone at Blue Bell. I will hire a lawyer to chase after them. My belongings needs to be replace because their movers damaged them.

Extremely disappointed !! Set up out of state move since February/2017. Move date June 29th 2017. Deposit given, we were told everything for the move was ready. My wife who was in frequent contact with Priscilla, even Up to the week prior to the move, on multiple email conversation was also told, the move was set and every thing was a go ! One day prior to move day , my wife got a called from the dispatcher at 7 pm (voice message) , asking to call back and confirm the move or else the truck would be cancelled! ( we have the voice message with the time stamp!) . As my wife was busy with getting everything ready for next day, she didn't hear the message until 7:30 pm . She called back, no one picked up, closed for the day !Next day (moving day ) my wife called and was told the the truck was not coming as she didn't not call back to confirm !! My wife told them they called at 7 pm and she called back at 7:30 pm and they were closed !She was given more excuse , "she had not signed a second contract " .. and excuse after excuse basicly it was my wife's fault!! This again after my wife was in contact with Priscilla almost daily with various questions one week before ! And was told repeatly that everything was set for move. They told my wife the truck is cancelled the earliest move date they had was a week later , we had one more day left at our current residence ! My wife home with our 6 month old scrambling to figure out what to do! I called the company from work, by that time I was told Priscilla was not available , manager not available, left messages for all . Priscilla finally called back, and basicly clean her hands by telling me that it was my wife's fault for nor following her instructions! Basicly they did nothing wrong! I told Priscilla, my wife was I contact with you over the past week and you confirmed the move, if something was missing isn't it your job to bring it up .. she again blamed my wife .." I told her" .. it's not in the emails!.. "I told her over the phone " .. " the dispatcher called and you guys didn't confirm the truck!" ... Priscilla.. you guys called at 7 pm the night before , your own company message says you close at 7 pm.. my wife called at 7:30 pm ! Again , it was all our fault! We messed up ! Finally got tired or her unprofessional attitude blaming my wife directly over the phone! Asked to speak with the manager .. again not available! Asked to get a call back .. to this day no call back from manager. We were left stranded on move day .. told everything was our fault!! After being told eryrhing was set on multiple occasions! Had to find a last second moving company as we had to be out in 1 day , which was almost 2k more as it was last second!We booked with blue bell In February! No apology, no effort to move us sooner, luckily we got our deposit back !Worst experience ever !!PS: Wait for Priscilla responds blaming us again and not taking responsibility.. as I see a pattern on the reviews....

Excellent service. Sandra in the office was very informative and thorough. The movers knew what they were doing and we moved out, stored, and moved into new location without any damages to items.

I moved a few months ago from Bloomfield to Lyndhurst and it went very well. A third floor walk-up can be a nightmare but the foreman John handled it very well and in a great amount of time. I believe the girls names I dealt with were Sandra and Priscilla who BOTH were very helpful in locking in and gauranteeing me a price from the start and sticking to it. Each individual with whom I interacted was very competent and friendly. However, there seems to be a pretty significant lack of internal communication within the various units in the company. Such issues lead to significant logistical errors, such as the ground team arriving nearly two hours before my building allows movers, despite my warnings to several representatives. Arrival and departure times were repeatedly revised, and final times were not communicated to me as guaranteed. This all in addition to the fact that the move ended up costing 50% more than their original estimate, largely due to their sales representative failing to ask whether locations had elevators, or room to park a tractor trailer. All in all, the company works hard and each component does their job well, but these components to not coordinate well with each other.

The movers were very nice people. But in my opinion, they wasted a lot of space in the large boxes. Almost seemed like they used large boxes where they could have used medium sized instead. This increased our volume of materials and the cost. I would suggest you watch carefully when they pack and have them use medium size boxes where possible. Otherwise they arrived on time, and were professionals.

Other than the 4 hour range for arrival time, they were great. This needs to be improved. I think you should make an appointment for a specific time within reason. 4 hour window? Too long. Otherwise the crew was great!

While our movers, Peter & his team, were outstanding, one of the movers did break our sectional sofa. When I contacted Bluebell to report this issue, originally a voicemails was left in the general voicemail box and an email was sent to Tony, I never received a call back. I contacted the company again later in the day only to receive the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM TONY!!! He was rude and abrupt, not caring and was brushing the issue off. I requested his name which he refused to provide (I got this from customer service) and to speak with his manager though he ignored my request and proceeded to talk over me as well as transfer me to customer service. When I advised Tony that I would write a negative review and file a formal and legal complaint, his exact words were DO NOT THREATEN US WITH A NEGATIVE REVIEW. For a company who states customer satisfaction is their number one goal, Tony does not provide his customers that vision. My reviews are not a threat as I am now stuck with a broken $1800.00 sofa and poor customer service, reviews and formal complaints will follow! I will give the movers 5 stars but the company overall due to Tony is HORRIBLE!!!***Update-I received a call from the owner Ricardo after I posted my negative reviews. Of course he stood behind his rude employee and originally stated that electronics are not covered under the agreement which is in the contract. A sectional sofa, is not an electronic, rather it is furniture. He advised me providing my negative reviews are removed, he will have our sofa fixed. It is sad that a owner has to come down to this level; the review should only want him to make his company better. After all it was his employee Felipe who was rushing and throwing our furniture around since we were his only job on the day of our move; he wanted to get done ASAP to get home. As of date my sofa is still not fixed and I was advised they would SPLIT THE COST of the repair for my sofa with us. This is a joke since an employee of BLUEBELL damaged our sofa priced at $2400. Further legal action is going to be followed thru with and all government agencies are to be notified about this whole situation including the owner making deals with us. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!! DO NOT USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!! RICARDO THE OWNER IS JUST AS BAD AS HIS EMPLOYEES!!! THE APPLE DOES NOT FALL FAR FROM THE TREE!

The guys were Great - professional and understanding on time, Only issue was the one guy broke the foot off of THE Most expensive piece.. I GUESS just tripple stress ay important stuff u have and watch them load/unload it.. Other than that- GREAT Service and the driver especially was spot on and a pleasure to work with.

One of the best companies ever!!! Tony was extremely nice on the phone and treated me like the customer! He set up everything painless and the 3 moving men were excellent. They were fast and efficient. And very careful. They did everything I requested and were easy to work with. I was more than satisfied with the experience and was really really impressed with how well the men moved the stuff, how quick, and how they got everything up to my new apartment. The price was reasonable and they even helped me stuff extra to what they were asked to do. Moving is stressful and these guys made it super easy and looked to help me out with anything they could. When the job is done right, it doesn't feel like you even paid money. I would hire these men again. Excellent job all around making my life easier that day. They went above and beyond and at a reasonable price with no minimum. They took as long as the job took and they moved fast and did a lot in the four and a half hours. Awesome company !!

I will put it very simple: They provided very bad service to my family. We had moved before but never used a moving company always did it on our own with help from friends, but this time we tried out BLUEBELL RELOCATION and let me tell you DO NOT EVER USE THEM!The estimate they gave my parents was not even close to the price we paid. They were suppose to move my parents entire home for 4 people in one day. They started at 9:00 and at 9:00pm they still were not done and go over 50% on what they quote them.The movers also damaged the walls and put holes in them and the walls are ruined. They broke my refrigerator and now it's not working.And guess what? they charged me more money for doing the rest of my move myself which they didn't finish in their error.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Original Review & ResponseEdit For Response:My review was based on items I was told over the phone. Make sure when dealing with this company that everything is written down. I have avoided speaking to them on the phone for just that purpose. If they are not willing to put items in writing, then there is no reason to proceed. Many of our concerns were assured or brushed aside on the phone, then the response that you see here, that it was not guaranteed. Although we were assured that our concerns would be met verbally, when it came moving day the clarification finally came through that our concerns would not be met.I see the Bluebell moving day surcharge of over $1000 was not unique to us. Had I read these reviews prior to hiring I could have seen that this has happened before. Although the 'technical reasons' that I stated in my review are used as an excuse for the surcharge, the same point applies. I had two estimates before the truck was ever loaded, before any items were moved. One two days before the move, one the day of the move. This was not something adjusted after the truck was loaded and it took more space than thought, this was two estimators looking at the same items in the same location. I actually had them pack less than the estimate, but since they only add to the estimate and never subtract, it did not apply to the new costs mentioned that were somehow missed by the initial estimator.There are more items that would make me avoid this company, but this one overcharge is the most egregious. I did make my extreme displeasure known as soon as the second estimate was complete, as I had told them multiple times on the phone that I needed to stick within my budget and was assured multiple times that I would be. I still wish them the best of luck and only hope that the multiple negative reviews will result in a change of business practices.Original Review:I feel quite taken after dealing with this company. I was very clear about a fixed timeline and budget right from the beginning. They assured me multiple times that my needs would be met. There are numerous items that would make me avoid this company, but I will write the most obvious here. I was given a quote, it was at the high end of my budget. If it went over I told them I would have to shop around. I insisted on having someone at my home to verify the quote. They sent someone who went through my house and saw everything that I was moving. They verified the quote. I was assured that if I changed nothing, the price would not change. I foolishly trusted their word. The day of the move a team came to my house. Before anything was moved the foreman went on the same exact tour that I had given two days before. Same stuff, same place in my home, same company. But this time the quote came out to over 25% higher than the previous quote. Since I had hard dates and was now stuck and they knew that, I had to proceed. I had no choice. I was the sucker, but hopefully this review will save someone else from ever trusting this company. When I addressed this with the company they showed all these technical reasons and square footage, etc. of why their new price was valid. Which to me just meant 'we knew what we were doing, you don't, you are a fool for trusting us'. They said they would do something, but they never changed their price back to the one they assured me multiple time was accurate. I paid their new quote, but hopefully this will save someone else.

I hired Bluebell for a move in June. The representatives I dealt with ahead of time were pleasant and professional (Joey and Priscilla) but the moving day was a horror. I'll keep this short and precise. The movers tossed the bottles from the cold drinks I provided all over both properties. One of the movers put a dirty paper towel in my medicine cabinet after using my bathroom and I found another stuck in my radiator. Boxes were placed in the basement that were clearly labeled for the attic and upstairs bedrooms. The workers left almost one hour early which wouldn't have been so bad if they had not left my driveway and yard covered with garbage. I had several crushed boxes that were clearly labeled "GLASS/FRAGILE" which contained precious glass pieces. I sent Bluebell photos of the crushed boxes and the shattered glass pieces and they offered me $50.00, no where near enough money to replace my items. Bluebell told me that did not accept any responsibility because they did not pack the boxes. I purchased special packing materials for my most fragile items and wrapped them very carefully. They were shattered because the boxes were crushed during the move, not because of the way they were packed . What a terrible experience and the worst part was when I contacted Bluebell with my complaints of poor service and broken items, they could not have cared less.

I hired Bluebell Services to help me with my move from NJ to TX, and from the first time I spoke with Sandra I notice the difference from the other companies. You can notice how they care about asking all details about your move before giving the price, that was one of the facts I choose them. After the initial estimate she gave me a ball park and scheduled a onsite to confirm what we spoke over the phone. Their rep Joey came to our house and gave us a final quote based on his visit. They were not the cheapest, but with all the services included the process end up with no surprises (the actual total bill came up $350 more due to some items we decide to take last minute). The crew was great, they showed up on time and Alex, Cooper and Alfred did an amazing job packing our fragiles, always with a positive attitude even it was raining thru the whole day. Delivery in TX went smooth as the pick up, The driver called us twice to schedule the delivery and they finishe the whole job writhing 4hrs from arrival. The only damage we had was a broken glass water pitcher, but no big deal and I still thinking they did a perfect job and my husband and I definitely endorse their services.

Finally settling at new home and moving twice in less than two years was not easy. But using this guys to do our most recently move and right on wedding week was the best choice we made so far. At least the moving process was very smooth and done with no issues. Thanks Bluebell Relocation for the great services and keep going like this! After winning our business with a very low estimate, everything went downhill from there. Our total cost was over a thousand dollars over our estimate. First they arrived late, then they could not handle our simple instructions to the extent that items (three chairs to our dining room table...) were left and additional items, including trash, we're packed. We did not know exactly what was packed because the workers repacked literally everything (sans labels) whether it was necessary or not (at a cost of over $600 to us). Upon receiving said packed items I opened a box and inside was another box, on it's SIDE that was marked "fragile" "up only" "delicate" and "this side up" with arrows ( "thanks!" - my ceramic artist gf), which was just absurd. Numerous items were damaged or broken, including a pane of glass for our TV stand and a chess board (from my girlfriend's great grandfather's ivory set--she cried). We had initially been told that the truck would be arriving on May 6 but while we were making the trip we were informed that the truck would be arriving May 4 and then while we were stuck in a snow storm in Denver, we were told that the truck would be arriving May 1 and if that was unacceptable, our things could be put into storage at an additional cost to us. Ricardo fortunately saw the error with this and paid the storage cost, however he did say his truck couldn't fit around the apartment when we had called prior to confirm there was room for a truck (there is room for trucks) and attempted to charge us for a shuttling fee. Our whole experience was mostly awful, but the management was generally nice. Our stuff mostly made it, and the Oregon dispatch team (Manny, Ian, and another whose name we didn't catch who actually moved us into the apt here) was great.

The crew arrived on time, the driver was very courteous and again they were very informative thru the whole processes. I'm happy to give them five stars from pick up to delivery, I arrived in FL two days after they loaded my items on the 27th and on March 5th my belongs arrived. Moving out of state it's was not easy and choose a moving company took me a long time specially with dozens of moving companies calling me, I'm glad I picked this guys. Thorough, professional, and quick. Move was in early November. This was my first move using professional movers, and everyone from the sales representative to the move supervisor was very helpful, answering questions as well as directing me to outside sources of information. Everything is thoroughly documented, and there were no surprises. Have already recommended Bluebell to others.
