THEY ARE THIEVES, VANDALISTS AND A PRESCRIPTION FOR A DISASTER.I read the warnings of not to use them but I was deceived by the GOOGLE GUARANTEE emblem. If you have a furniture that you wish to see how it's destroyed, then give those guys a call. I have PICTURES as a proof of their professionalism. 1 - Punctuality: When I first called them, I asked them about April 13th availability and I also asked about April 6th. Then I decided and made sure that I am clear that what I want was the 6th of April. However, their representative wrote the offer based on the 13th, and it was my fault that I trusted his professionalism and didn't read the fine print. Come the 6th and guess what? All of my stuff are packed and no one showed up. I called in and was hit by excuses followed by a series of lies that it was a miscommunication. As a result, they sent me 2 movers instead of 3 movers at the same rate!!!! When I told them it's $175 for 3 movers and not 2 movers, they said well the price for the 6th is different than the price of 13th of April. Therefore my remaining balance after paying the 10% down payment jumped from $650 to $1000! 2 - Value and Professionalism: I had to disassemble the bedroom, the bunk beds and carry whatever I can with them. They broke my kids bunk beds. They put boxes upside down and the glass inside it is shattered. They left the furniture without assembling it and walked away why? Because their time is up. It was 07:30 pm and they need to take a break. Taking a break was a lie because they took a break and one of WENT TO SMOKE A JOINT ON THE JOB DURING THE BREAK!!!An expensive cherry wood office desk is destroyed. Bunk bed is left near the house door without even assembling anything. (You know, they need a break). They left the house like a battlefield has just happened. I regret my decision not listen to the bad reviews, DON'T DO MY MISTAKE.

I had a horrible experience to say the least. Overpaid significantly more than what was quoted, dealth with a very challenging and unprofessional foreman and somehow my son's massive race car that was perfectly packaged went missing. Stay away from this company. You'll save yourself from a lifetime of stress.

There were a few workers at this company that I thought were helpful and professional however the majority were not. Know in advance that the largest truck they use - 53 ft.- will most likely not be able to access even the ENTRANCE driveway if you are moving to an apartment complex. Although there had never been an issue at my new home, with others, Bluebell would not even attempt to pull in which according to the drivers happens almost 95% of the time. So plan well in advance that it is likely you will be charged approximately $650 more for the ‘shuttle’ which was a $69.00 per day 20 footer, rented. Yes I read and signed so clearly I am responsible and stuck. Also be aware that the list that they provide after an inventory at your home is dubious at best. Example- Those 4 lamps listed could in fact use 7-8 boxes which increases your bill by footage. This of course depends on whom is packing. It’s all arbitrary. My total up charges were $1250.00 . I was told by 2 different employees that one was minuscule and the other I should have expected. In the end 2 driver/ movers were helpful and one packer ‘Chris’ was great and fair. Only reason for 2 stars.

This company is inexcusably AWFUL! They are scam artists who use rank amateurs to pack and handle your belongings and who incur extremely high breakage, delays, lost items, and constant up-charging once the trucks are being loaded. Check out YELP and Better Business Bureau!!

Absolutely awful. To start, the estimate was 60% lower than the actual final amount (by then though they have you over a barrel since everything is already on the truck!). What a frustrating process too! I had menial items HEAVILY wrapped, presumably for protection? A roll of scotch tape literally had 5 sheets of industrial paper wrap. One of my plastic rulers also wrapped heavily in industrial paper wraps. These menial items filled a moving box which, after crunching all the numbers, costed me $422.46 to move. Insanity! I sent pictures and videos to management of me unwrapping these items and they have continued to “review the matter”. Over a month and half later there is still no resolution. Nearly $10,000.00 for this move. Also, they subcontract out to other movers (this was cross country). The destination movers also nickel/dimed me. Never again! Hoping to help someone else avoid this tragedy of an experience.

The day the was supposed to pick up my furniture I never received a call saying they would be late so after calling a number of times I finally get a call back to tell me because it's so late in the day will it be ok to do the next day I said sure just to make sure everything was done correctly, then they tell me I should pack as much as I can even though I paid a extra $1000 for them to pack for me, none the less I been in Florida for about 2 weeks now and they are still tryna find someone to drive the truck with my belongings down here mind you I planned for my stuff to get here 2 days before me ,so im paying for a hotel along with rent and these people are sending me invoices about my furniture they still haven't delivered. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Very bad company! Please dont hire if you dont want to be disappointed! Not even talking about their price that was changing by hours. They messed up my bed so badly. When I removed my mattress to see what's wrong, I found support legs and Instruments under. Took pictures of crooked bed and sent it to the company. Also, 140 dollars towards their tip disappeared out my purse that I left on a kitchen counter!!! The worse experience! They even took my hand truck , really?

These guys did show up on time but were a little clumsy. Damaged some furniture and put a couple of scratches in the hardwood floor of our new place. But they did hustle.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They flat out lied to me about the rate - they charged me almost double the initial quote, and still didn’t fit the initial list of furniture. They wouldn’t drop off the furniture to the destination because the truck wouldn’t fit (it is a standard house in CO) without upcharging us more.I referenced bad reviews and they convinced me they would do a great job. Do yourself a favor and listen to the negative reviews - and DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS

I highly recommend Bluebell Relocation Services for moving. Anthony was an amazing sales representative. Felipe, Marcos and Daniel did an amazing job, We only booked them for 5 hours and they moved me into a 3 br house in 5 hours.

What a seamless and pleasant moving experience! Felipe and Marcos worked hard to make sure that my things were packaged, transported, and moved exactly to my liking. They were right on time, too. Fairly priced for a move from NJ to NY.

The movers on time However, You really need to read and reread this contract. In order to get a clear understanding! Otherwise you will regret it!!! No matter how busy you are. Stop and read!!! otherwise you might regret ever contacting these folks!!! so you wont get bamboozle paying lots of money at the end!!!My husband and I realized lots of things are broken , and many things deeply scratched up.

Still opening boxes from a move a year ago (Mom dying, and several surgeries held off unpacking). Just opened brand new lamps and one is totally broken, custom shade is bent and not usable. I've got 7 more boxes to go. I wonder what else they ruined, so far, about $900.00 worth of my things shoved in and out of a warehouse before delivered. Dining room table and chairs are marked up and missing screws. My electrolux is ruined, my unused, unopened string instument broken, and I was charged over $9,000 to move from NJ to Vermont with my furniture finally being delivered up here 11 days after I arrived here. They didn't even need a huge truck to make the move. They give you 7 months to file papers for damage, but, you have to have the reciepts from purchases, good luck with that one!

I highly recommend Bluebell Relocation Services for long-distance moving. Anthony was an amazing sales representative. Although somewhat pricey, the move from New Jersey to Florida was completely successful, even when the furniture was moved from a shuttle to a warehouse, then to a semi truck, then to a shuttle again, before finally being put in our home. Everything was undamaged upon arrival, apart from some relatively minor scratches in a wooden bunk bed. But as with any move, you must be sure to properly pack your items - as instructed to us by Anthony - in order to ensure they remain undamaged. Anthony took the time to show us how to correctly pack our items, which was immensely helpful. We are also grateful to the staff and moving crew of Bluebell Relocation Services for their professionalism and proper handling of our possessions. Thanks to them, we were able to move into our new home with all of our belongings intact.

I see a lots of ☆☆☆☆☆ stars in the reviews lucky for them cause I wasn't that lucky my furniture arrived damage, missing boxes, bins ladder hand truck and now its my fault because I didn't purchase and Insurance, I packed must of my stuff but the big Items the arrived damage they did the packaging and they said for "free" nope because I paid for movingNow they are not responsible no body is but me when they are the one who did the movingTruly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE -☆*How come I never have a answer for the owner? A least they could shipped my ladder they were using in the warehouse and my missing items

This company is very bad, I don't recommend it for anyone. First thing, they said we will come 6:30Pm to move your stuff, and they came 7:30Pm. I called them 6:45Pm and they said just 10 min we will be there. They worked to much slowly in moving my stuff inorder to increase the number of hours they work. I just have one sufa, TV table, bed and 10 boxes, they took three hours just to move them to truck and another 1:20 to reach my new apartment which just 40 min far, and they took another 1:40 min to move the stuff back to the new apartment. So they charge me one hour extra, and 20 $ charge for matrix cover, which already they taken it after moving. The worse part is not come yet, they forget a package in there truck and then they asked me to take a leave from my job to come their office and pick the package. I never seen moving company like this. Don't trust them they are laying too much. Just check another company even if you pay little bit more, but you will save your time.

I will start by saying that I NEVER write reviews for any company or service, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these movers! While researching movers, I found it incredibly difficult to weed through all of the research, so I felt compelled to write a review of my own after my experience with Bluebell. I just moved this past weekend from Philadelphia to a 5-story NYC walk-up on the hottest day of the year. John, Chris, and Angel were the absolute best and such troopers through what was an extremely grueling move for them. They were very sweet, very efficient, and did an excellent job. Everything was in perfect condition when I unpacked, and the team made sure to place my furniture exactly how I wanted it. In order to keep my hourly-rate low, they worked quickly, even when I assured them that, considering the awful weather and conditions, I wouldn't mind if they slowed down. Prior to the actual move, Anthony was wonderful in helping me coordinate everything, and even offered his cell number for me to text with any questions (I took him up on this multiple times, and he always responded quickly). I truly dreaded having to complete this move, but Bluebell made the process incredibly easy, and I am very grateful to them for it.

The whole thing started going south after I signed the contracts,The salesperson became nasty, my scheduled date suddenly was not good for them....When the movers came the first impression was good, they moved quickly and looked professional.Then when we started unpacking and found out there’s a lot of stuff missing, some very annoying like a key to a dresser that to date we cannot open, some with no explanation like an iron Bull head that’s too large to just misplace.Also, lots of scratches and broken stuff ( some the head mover took crazy glue and tried to put together- very badly.)When we approach the owner, we were told to file a claim with the insurance company, he would not take any responsibility, after more pressure he decided to compensate us with $300.I paid over $10,000 for the move.The value of all the missing items are over $1,500.I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I went with Bluebell for a move from an apartment to a house as their prices were competitive and we really liked the interaction with our point of contact at Bluebell. We have a newborn so explained we’d be splurging and paying for full packing/unpacking. Initially we were thrilled with the service - everyone was very nice, arrived on time, seemed to be extremely competent, etc. Not to mention, our move was complicated due to some unexpected delays and everyone was very accommodating (that said, it certainly cost us a lot more money). Things seemed a little rushed during the move but I trusted they were pros. When we got to the house, I realized we’d be unpacking (maybe naive of me). With newborn in stroller and surrounded by boxes, I started to unpack and quickly came across an extremely special gift we received as a wedding gift that had been packed in a box irresponsibly - the item was shattered. I quickly spoke to one of the movers who assured me nothing else would be damaged. Fast forward, there were 18 pieces - from special pieces we bought during our travels abroad, gifts from deceased, large pieces of furniture (dining table) that were damaged.The claims process was beyond frustrating. It took forever and multiple follow ups. I assumed we’d receive at least enough to cover half of the items. Unfortunately they offered $75! They ended up “going above and beyond with $300”. So we are out a ton for the move, are now looking to replace items, did not get a move in service, and lost some really special items. I have pictures of the damaged items/packaging but just want to share our disappointment.. I could clearly go on and on but, as you can, would not recommend BluebellOne note, I was told their damage coverage is standard, and maybe it is, but I know someone who just had ONE lamp damaged in a move and without many questions asked, received the full amount for that item. I would not recommend using Bluebell (nor would anyone who has seen the damaged pieces). We are beyond disappointed and can’t believe the condition of the pieces and lack of ownership and sensitivity on management’s end.

They showed up a bit earlier than I planned on. But, they quick, safe with furniture and set everything up in the new apartment. Took a couple of hours and it was all done. I would recommend it to others. The movers were kind. There was no crazy increase on the price day of either.

Fifty Dollars….REALLY? I hired Bluebell Relocation Services for a move from Irvington, NJ to Orlando FL. I had worker come out to the house and provide me with an estimate, we agreed on price. But when it came time to pay I had several issues, I wanted to pay all upfront as I did not want any surprise charges in the end or have my belongings held hostage on delivery day. To my surprise they did not want to take full payment they only took 1/3 of the payment and we scheduled a move out date (12/18). Prior to move out day, I attempted to make a payment which they did not want to accept. But eventually after going back and forth several times (during the process), they agreed and took another 1/3. Leaving me with a balance of the final 1/3, however afraid that I was going to be over charged in the end, I insisted on making full payment BEFORE they arrived on move out day. I explicitly told them I did not want to get ANY additional charges and they tried, for tape, boxes and some light packing. I had over 100 boxes I had packed myself and protected my furniture with my own moving blankets and mattress covers. So really their work was minimal of which they had to walk about 80 feet to their truck. They held my stuff in storage for 26 days, on delivery day Sunday, Jan 13th, (now the issues begin)……. they were a no show. When I contacted them they said that no one responded to their call (although my phone never rang) so they continued on their way to other parts in Florida. But that they would reschedule for the following day Jan 14th however, again they were a no show. My belongings finally arrived on Tuesday, Jan 15th, so they offload everything. As they are bringing things into the house I and my daughter were checking the items off on the inventory sheet. That’s when we noticed that a very large box was missing, which contained business attire and electronic items. So before they leave, we inform the driver and his assistant, they too look for the box and are unable to locate it. While at the same time, we noticed that my month-old brand new desk was damaged (legs and side broken) during the move. The driver annotates the inventory sheet (both theirs and mine) stating that the box was never delivered and the broken desk. He tells me to wait a couple of days for him to get the paperwork back to the office in New Jersey. However, once he leaves I call the office and inform them of the issue of which I am told to put it all in an email and send them pictures of the box and the broken desk (you know the box that is missing). When I reiterate, she says to send a similar picture so that they know what to look for, so I do. So between Jan 15th and Feb 6th I call several times and get a total run around. Finally I get a call on Feb 6th stating that I am entitled to $50.00 yes…FIFTY DOLLARS and for me to file a claim. I paid these people over $4400.00 for this move. So when I lose it and inform them that I was going to post my negative experience with them on the internet, I am told to find a “handyman” to fix my desk and to email them an estimate of the cost to fix my desk and they would review that. Mind you I paid $400 for this desk just two months prior. What about my box? How could I replace my business suits and my electronics with fifty dollars. Left in limbo…..THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY, DON’T USE THEM. YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE IF THEY SCREW UP……

Packing process and initial move was great, it was just really inconvenient that my items came on an 18 wheeler that couldn’t fit into my apartment development. Huge downside. The movers themselves were great on both occasions though.
