Worked with this company in 2018 and everything went flawless, so I ultimately decided to use them again for another move recently. The guys were nice but the attention to detail was just not there. Because of what I'd deem to be a language barrier they prematurely left my apartment before my entire apartment was empty and without me -- which ultimately made zero sense because they needed me to let them in at my new apartment location. I ended up having to spend an additional 25 minutes packing the rest of the items from my old apartment in my car and then beat them to my new apartment, which makes no sense. Where did they go? What route did they take? I have no idea.It was pretty baffling that they left without me directing them. Nonetheless I chalked it up to it being a communication error. Anyways, after they finished unloading I went to check the van and it was empty; however, I had one piece of a furniture (an ottoman) missing from the unload. How is that possible, when I know I had it packed in my old apt!? Who knows, but it would have helped if they didn't leave my old apt without me and if I could have checked the van before they left my old apt. Anyway some of them were nice guys outside of one them asking me how much I pay for my apartment. Anyway because of the lack of attention to detail, wall damage, them arriving 30 minutes early, and leaving without my approval is just inexcusable.Also 3hrs with 2 men + 1 driver cost me $700+ for a move from Hoboken to Jersey City. It was way too expensive for a 2 mile move where all they did was give me one box since one of mine broke. I will not use them again, that's for sure -- after all I have one piece of furniture missing and packed everything myself. Not to mention I've yet to hear from this company or Anthony after leaving this review and calling him mid way through my move when they left me. But given my experience I'm not surprised, it was inexcusable.

Absolute worst experience moving I've ever had. The team was unprofessional, team members were yelling at each other, complaining and lacked coordination throughout the process. The movers took several hours longer to complete the job than was negotiated and demanded to be paid for the extra time. If that wasn't stressful enough, they caused tremendous damage to our new home--a huge hole in one of the walls, deep cuts, scratches on multiple other walls and broken furniture. When we called to discuss with the poor experience management, they claimed that wall damage were not covered by their policy even though they advertise heavily that their services are insured. I have moved numerous times in my lifetime and I have never had a more frustrating and disappointing experience. Stay away and save your money! I'm reporting this company as they should not be in business.

INCREDIBLY BEST!! Last week, we had to shift the apartment items to our new residence. These movers were thoroughly helpful and supportive till the items reached to their final destination. I would love to assign them 10 stars if there’s an option available.

Last week, we recently moved to our new apartment. We have been in the search for a moving company that won’t burn our pocket too deep since there was not a lot to move to be honest. However, when we came to know about Bluebell from a family friend (she used them already a few times), we gave the company a call and informed that we came referred by one of their satisfied clients. To our surprise, they cut us a great deal that we did not expect! It’s not a very big company, but has a team of great staff and helped me moved smoothly without giving a single hassle. I can certainly recommend them to everyone without a second thought.

Many thanks to the whole crew for making the stressful process of moving a bit easier. Anthony was very helpful with setting things up and confirming as we went along leading up to the move. I had a crew of 3 for my 1 bedroom. The crew was great. Could not be happier with the level of care they took with moving everything. Will definitely book with Bluebell for any future moves.

I'd like to preface this review by first saying that this is my 10th move and so I have YEARS of experience with many many different moving companies, but BLUEBELL RELOCATION SERVICES - particularly the team: John, Marcos, Daniel and Terrance exceeded my expectations and deserve all the stars possible.To begin, the team was schedule at very short notice to pick up a large cross country move- It is wonderful to know that there is q local company that was priced right that could also accommodate such a short notice and long distant move so quickly.Second, I couldn't be happier with the crew. All gentleman were extremely professional and well mannered; each introduced themselves by name, spoke kindly and NONE OF THEM USED ANY FOUL LANGUAGE.Why does this matter? because in previous experiences the crews I have had would come and not only curse up a storm but I would feel a level of discomfort that always made me feel as if I had to have someone accompany me. I was too afraid to be left alone....NOT WITH THIS CREW.John, Marcos, Terrance and Daniel were not only kind and well mannered, but they were respectful and true gentleman. Truly. As a female, I can say that I felt comfortable and safe and respected. Thank you gentleman for not being pigs but being good men.The men took extreme care of my property, making sure to handle even the most minuscule of things with genuine care making sure everything was properly packed and situated appropriately in the truck so that nothing would move or slide.They were each focused on their task but what I appreciated the most was how well they all worked with each other. There was no horsing around, no fuss and they each made sure to clean up. What I found very encouraging was that they each made sure to have each other's back, help one another out when needed. There was no "bossing around" and no harsh demands.The energy was really fluid and positive. I couldn't make this up if I tried.To sum up, If I could use 5 words to Describe this team I would say:Professional, Responsible, Respectful, Honest, and Thorough.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bluebell again and ESPECIALLY THIS CREW. I commend this team for making an otherwise extremely stressful event, go totally seamless. I hope the management team uses this particular crew as an example for their other crews so any other customers could have the same experience I had.I hope my experience across country can match the level of quality on all fronts that I received today.Thank you gentleman for everything you've done today for me and for helping add a glimmer of positivity to this new journey for me. I request to everyone to must try their servicesif you are in search for the best movers in this city. I have used priorly a few moving companies also but bluebell relocation services are the best. Most professional, considerate and very diligent with the furniture wrapping procedure. I seriously couldn’t be happier more.

They have a group of stellar team force who had just take merely 5 hours to move all of the 1 BR belongings. In spite of having the no elevators, they didn’t make any complaints and did their work accordingly in a super flexible manner. All in all, it’s a 5 star rating performance.

After impressing by reading the reviews of this company on various platforms, I felt an urge to talk to them about the auto shipping job. As what I had read, they were totally the same and matched perfectly to my expectations. Even though I asked a numerous questions related to the work, they didn’t seem hesitated to answer any of the queries with amazing customer etiquettes.

Great in execution of everything whether it was the movement of sofas or the heavy mattresses. Moving job always felt stressful for me and for my family members but these were expert in turning out this job as super easy for us. Thanks a lot.

My friend recommended Bluebell Relocation Services for such work. They sent a team which looked over the trash. They quoted me the lowest amount in the entire Brooklyn, all my trash is gone without any trouble. Kudos team.

WORST MOVING COMPANY OUT THERE!Would never use this company again. When movers came to pack up my stuff they charged me a crazy amount for packing materials which wasnt made clear to me from the start and prices for materials should have been outlined ($100 a TV box... for a BOX! along with tape etc..). They were super unorganized, any time i did talk to them the quote had changed and dates were off.After they picked up my stuff, when i reached out with any questions, I never heard back. The timing was WAY off from their estimate compared to when my stuff actually got delivered with zero communication in the meantime. They didn't give me a 24 hr window and arrived earlier than they said which for any planning to your day is not ok.My stuff arrived bent, boxes smashed etc..The only thing that wasn't awful about this experience was that the movers were nice and thats it.Overall an awful experience and i will never use this company again and nor should you if you are looking for movers.

No more PAYING people for reviews at Bluebell you are making a lot of unhappy customers out here in NJ(via all the other reviews that speak for THEMSELVES here on google and your 2* on mymovingratings) and eventually your own greed will be you own demise. You call the office non stop can never get a hold of the OWNER. Have to chase him down just to talk to him its the most unprofessional moving company extorting people for their furniture, charging extra for gas and mileage instead of travel time. Anyway to get MORE money. Check all receipts make sure you read EVERYTHING you sign because if you don't the owner will take advantage of you scam you and you will get the run around from the three in the front office as if it were a game I have first hand knowledge. This is coming from someone who ran A1 American Moving out of Bloomfield for 12 years growing up and understands moving inside OUT.USE ANOTHER COMPANY!YOU have been warned!After the 30th poor review you have to ask yourself is it everybody else or is it the COMPANY?

Shifting is really a troublesome task for me. Bluebell Relocation Services really made it easy breezy. Anthony was so helpful in throughout the moving process and it was the best decision I had made to deal with him. There were some large piece of furniture but they had handled at a great ease and so diligently. Everything went well and in a transparent manner. I must say no one will regret by hiring Bluebell relocation services.
